I can best describe myself as someone with the deep desire to simply be a good human being—a curious seeker of freedom, health, and ethics, passionate about literature, science, and philosophy.
My greatest desire is freedom and—something I appreciate even more these days—authenticity. I strive to stay in balance between the material and the spiritual, willing to love all things animate and inanimate. I have transformed my inner battles into mindful self-inquiry; I intend to see life through the innocent eyes of a child. I am a warrior yet peaceful, someone who knows when to pause and when to run, a lifelong learner and a teacher.
I am someone who has read deeply, learned extensively, experienced profoundly; someone who has paused, been halted, lived life to the fullest, and wrestled deeply with illnesses—someone who was lost, and ultimately found.
Along my path, in my journey, I have been both brave and fearful. Sensitive and strong. Fully embracing duality and my authentic self, I stand at peace with a calm mind, rooted right where I belong. I know change intimately, embrace transformation at every moment, and carry a clear mind and a heart full of joy.
I have made many choices. At times, I started all over from scratch. I reached the depths of darkness, yet rose back up guided by my own inner light. I have so much to share and teach you. It took time to fully claim my identity, my existence, and my light. But this is who I am: someone who has learned so much, with plenty to share for anyone ready to listen.
