Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy; this means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your invoice or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Products returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
