Order Processing

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Fee and Delivery Time

Standard shipping is available for TRY 150.

The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping

Orders of TRY 2,500 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Türkiye.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
